• Support sales and pre-sales engineering teams
• Provides mentoring to more junior engineers within the Route/Switch team

• Sr. Level technical writing skills
• BOM and SOW creation experience
• Knowledgeable in advanced network and security methodologies and implementations
• Knowledge of Cisco Data Center solutions and services is a plus

• Ability to communicate in writing and in person at a very accomplished level
• Must be able to work cohesively as a member of the team
