• Cisco Gateway, PRI, POTs, and SIP troubleshooting experience
• Jaber and MRA administration experience
• Cisco UC troubleshooting and TAC experience
• Cisco R/S troubleshooting
• Experience working with design/architecture teams on design review
• Strong customer service and follow up skills

Here is a list of preferred (not required) skillsets:
• Technical writing skills
• Cisco ASA troubleshooting
• Cisco FirePower knowledge
• Kaseya Monitoring experience
• Knowledgeable in advanced network and security methodologies and implementations
• Knowledge of Cisco Data Center solutions and services is a plus
